Retail Security for a Designer Clothing Outlet
The Client
A major designerwear retailer and existing customer was experiencing issues with an alternative security provider in their Dublin store. Due to our existing working relationship and success in stores in other locations, the client approached us to extend our security into their Dublin shop.
What We Did
We spoke with the client to discuss their main concerns, the problems that they were having with their previous security provider, and develop a plan to boost their security to a higher level.
Following these conversations, we provided the client with a guard on the door along with two to three—depending on how busy the store was projected to be at any one time—guards standing throughout the store.
Guards act as a visual deterrent but are also instructed to greet each customer as they pass, to give them a pleasant welcome that adds to their shopping experience and to ensure that the guards’ presence is known.
The Outcome
This has been extremely successful, and we are still working with this client across Europe to this day.
