Case Study: High-End Restaurant Security
The Client
When a high-end restaurant chain opened up a branch in Dublin, they found themselves in need of a reliable and efficient security service. Through research and word-of-mouth, they approached Angleside Security with their security concerns.
They were opening up during one of the busier periods of the year, so the need for security was even greater than usual.
What We Did
Through our free consultation with this client, we ascertained that what they required of us was a guard to be on the premises of the restaurant, especially during the busy times, to remain in the bar area that also doubled as the waiting area for the restaurant.
We provided the restaurant with a rotation of two of our specialist security guards. The guards were tasked with:
- Remaining in the bar and waiting area
- Greeting guests upon entry
- Helping reception staff with checking guest bookings
- Removing anyone drunk and disorderly, or anyone without a booking who refused to leave.
The Outcome
We now operate a customer-led seasonal contract with the restaurant, ensuring that they have the protection they need when they need it.
